2. Shipping Coverage & Service Areas

DeliverFresh delivers across Greater Melbourne and surrounding suburbs within an approximate 100 km radius of the Melbourne CBD. Delivery eligibility is managed through postcode-based geo-fencing at checkout.

  • Lara – Tuesday & Saturday
  • Geelong – Tuesday & Saturday

3. Order Eligibility

Orders must be placed within active service postcodes, meet minimum order requirements (if applicable), and include accurate delivery and contact details.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once confirmed. Processing times may vary due to order volume, seasonal demand, market availability, or operational constraints.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Most Melbourne metro orders follow a next-day delivery schedule. Estimated delivery window is 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Melbourne time). Delivery times are estimates only.
