Shipping Zones and Eligibility

DeliverFresh offers delivery services to select areas within Australia. Customers residing outside these areas may not be eligible for our service. We keep updating the postcodes and control through geo-fencing as our delivery capability grows. At present, we deliver to the following postcodes in Victoria: 3059, 3049, 3064, 3076, 3074, and 3040.

To use our service, you must meet the eligibility criteria and place an eligible order.

Order Processing and Delivery

Order Processing: We commit to processing orders promptly upon their receipt. However, please note that order processing times may fluctuate depending on the volume of orders and the availability of items.

Delivery Times: Our standard delivery policy follows a next-day delivery schedule, meaning that we aim to receive orders one day and deliver the items the following day. Generally, our estimated delivery window for supplies falls between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Melbourne Time). Nevertheless, actual delivery times may diverge due to factors such as the delivery location, the size of the order, and prevailing traffic conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for supplies are determined through a calculation that takes into account several pertinent factors, comprising the total value of the order, the geographical location of the delivery, and the chosen method of delivery. These fees will be transparently itemized in the invoice provided.

It's important to note that, on occasion, we may opt to waive the shipping fees entirely, effectively providing zero-cost shipping service. The applicability of this waiver is contingent upon our ongoing promotional activities, which may periodically offer free shipping as a benefit to our customers.

DeliverFresh's Shipping Policy is subject to the laws of Victoria in Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be exclusively under the jurisdiction of Victoria's courts.
